Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Dentacasa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States operating the GridFather brand. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these Terms, "GridFather," "we," "us," and "our" mean Dentacasa LLC.

By joining the waitlist, claiming an account, creating or accessing a GridFather account, submitting feedback, or using invited Early Access features, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the website, join the waitlist, claim an account, access the Driver Portal, or use GridFather. By using GridFather, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

GridFather is intended for sim-racing and gaming use. It is not intended for real-world driving, real motorsport operations, safety decisions, emergency use, or any use where inaccurate or delayed information could cause harm.

• - Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to GridFather, the app, a specific testing batch, or any future commercial release.
• - We may prioritize, delay, refuse, limit, or revoke access based on testing capacity, product fit, technical needs, abuse prevention, or business reasons.
• - Claim links are intended only for the invited recipient and may expire. Current claim links expire after 12 days unless replaced by a newer link.
• - If a claim link expires or is not used, we may send a new claim link, but we are not required to do so.
• - You are responsible for providing an email address you control and for keeping account credentials confidential.

GridFather accounts are created through approved invite, claim, admin, or other authorized flows. You may not create accounts using unauthorized methods, use another person's account, transfer your invite, or bypass access controls.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account, password, or claim link has been compromised.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and onboarding information, and keep it updated where the Driver Portal allows updates or by contacting us.

GridFather may be offered as alpha, beta, preview, test, or Early Access software. Early Access features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, rate limited, reset, removed, or changed without notice.

We may use your onboarding, latency, setup, feedback, account, usage, support, and, where enabled or permitted, telemetry and diagnostic information to operate Early Access, place testing batches, debug problems, evaluate performance, and improve GridFather.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GridFather for your own sim-racing and gaming purposes.

You may not:

• - Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, disrupt, or interfere with GridFather, except where law gives you a non-waivable right.
• - Bypass waitlist, claim, account, download, admin, rate-limit, security, or access-control systems.
• - Use GridFather to violate law, game terms, platform rules, league rules, server rules, or other rights.
• - Upload malware, exploit code, illegal content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• - Use GridFather outputs as a substitute for your own judgment, race rules, steward instructions, or safe conduct.

GridFather may use AI, voice, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, game telemetry, session context, and user-provided prompts to generate race engineer, spotter, coaching, or support output. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, outdated, or unsuitable for your session.

You remain responsible for your driving, game settings, race decisions, and compliance with sim, server, league, event, and platform rules.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as feedback, support messages, setup notes, diagnostics, prompts, or other information. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, reproduce, analyze, and use that content to provide, operate, secure, support, test, and improve GridFather.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or product feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that is confidential, illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing.

Your Driver Portal information, telemetry summaries, diagnostics, prompts, transcripts, and AI conversations are not public by default. We may use them internally to operate, support, secure, test, and improve GridFather.

By joining the waitlist, claiming an account, or using GridFather, you agree that we may send service emails related to your waitlist status, claim link, account, security, onboarding, testing batch, download access, and support. We send direct marketing emails only where permitted or where consent is required and has been given. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in those emails or by contacting us. Some non-marketing service emails may still be sent where permitted.

GridFather may rely on third-party services for hosting, databases, email, analytics, advertising measurement, IP-based region detection, AI responses, transcription, speech generation, deployment, security, and other operations. Your use of GridFather may involve those services processing information as described in our Privacy Policy.

GridFather, including its software, design, brand, logos, text, visuals, prompts, systems, workflows, and other materials, is owned byDentacasa LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of GridFather to you.

Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, BeamNG.drive, and other third-party names, products, services, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. GridFather is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners unless we expressly say otherwise.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of GridFather, including waitlist access, claim links, account features, download access, Early Access builds, AI models, supported sims, and testing batches. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required and update the last-updated date shown above.

You may stop using GridFather at any time and request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting us. We may suspend, disable, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, bypassed controls, or if continuing access is no longer commercially, legally, or technically practical.

GridFather is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, availability, and error-free performance.

We do not guarantee that GridFather will improve your racing results, be compatible with every PC, simulator, device, server, league, setup, or operating system, or remain available in the same form.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dentacasa LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, lost races, lost opportunities, or service interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to GridFather will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for GridFather in the three months before the claim or 100 USD.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your location are not limited by this section.
