GridFather is a sim-racing software brand operated by Dentacasa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In this Privacy Policy, "GridFather," "we," "us," and "our" mean Dentacasa LLC.

This policy applies to gridfather.ai, the GridFather waitlist, Driver Portal, account claim and onboarding flows, support and feedback channels, email campaigns, and any invited Early Access app features that connect to GridFather services.

Some app features may still be in private testing or not released. When we describe app telemetry, diagnostics, voice, or AI features, that applies only if you are invited to use those features.

• - Waitlist information, including your email address, selected sims, optional PC or rig details, signup source, referral or campaign details, and submission history.
• - Claim and account information, including your email address, password hash, claim-link status, claim timestamps, account role, account status, and login or last-seen timestamps.
• - Driver Portal and onboarding information, including driver name, country, timezone, primary sim, selected sims, setup notes, racing frequency, testing focus, latency-test region, latency result, and Early Access or telemetry consent records.
• - Feedback and support information, including the text you submit, feedback type, sim, impact level, tags, app version if supplied, support messages, and admin review notes.
• - Website, analytics, and attribution information, including pages visited, interactions, device/browser information, approximate location from IP address, referrer, landing page, UTM campaign parameters, and cookie or pixel identifiers.
• - Email campaign information, including whether GridFather emails were sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, or marked as spam when our email provider reports those events.
• - Early Access app information, if you use the app, including app version, operating system, game connection status, telemetry status, audio and microphone status, selected game, current game, track, car, session type, server/session details, AI messages, transcripts, speech settings, and diagnostics you choose to send.

We do not intentionally ask for government ID numbers, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the waitlist or Driver Portal.

We use cookies, pixels, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies to run the site, keep account sessions working, remember attribution details, measure performance, understand signups, and improve marketing.

• - Essential storage is used for account sessions, claim state, security, and basic site operation.
• - Analytics and product measurement may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools.
• - Marketing and campaign measurement may use Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google tags, or similar tools when configured.
• - Waitlist attribution may be stored in browser local storage or session storage so we can understand the first campaign, referrer, or landing page that led to a signup.

You can choose optional analytics and marketing categories in our cookie banner, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Some laws may give you additional rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain analytics. • - To operate the website, waitlist, claim links, Driver Portal, onboarding, feedback, admin, and Early Access services.
• - To create and secure invite-based accounts and prevent unauthorized or abusive access.
• - To decide testing batches, download access, regional capacity, and product priorities.
• - To send transactional emails, claim emails, waitlist confirmations, testing updates, permitted product updates, and support replies.
• - To measure website performance, understand campaigns, improve copy and onboarding flows, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• - To process AI, speech, transcription, telemetry, and diagnostics features for invited testers.
• - To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, investigate misuse, and protect GridFather, users, and our services.

If you join the waitlist, claim an account, or become an Early Access user, we may email you about access, account status, onboarding, testing batches, related GridFather updates, and support. We send direct marketing emails only where permitted or where consent is required and has been given. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send account, claim, security, or service emails where permitted.

We share information with service providers that help us operate GridFather. These providers may process information only for the work they perform for us, subject to their own terms and data-processing commitments.

• - Hosting, database, infrastructure, monitoring, deployment, and security providers.
• - MailerSend or other email providers for transactional, waitlist, claim, and campaign emails.
• - Google, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, TikTok, and similar analytics or advertising measurement providers when their tools are enabled.
• - OpenAI and ElevenLabs, when invited app features use cloud AI, transcription, or speech generation.
• - IPinfo or similar location providers when IP-based region detection is enabled.
• - Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transaction involving GridFather.
• - Professional advisors, legal authorities, or other parties when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or measurement technologies may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar activity under certain privacy laws.

If you use invited Early Access app features, GridFather may process sim-racing context, telemetry summaries, driver messages, voice audio, transcripts, AI responses, and speech settings to provide race engineer, spotter, transcription, and voice features. Voice audio may be sent to cloud providers for transcription. Text may be sent to AI or speech providers to generate responses or audio.

Diagnostics are used to troubleshoot bugs, crashes, performance, audio, account, game-connection, and telemetry issues. Send diagnostics only when you are comfortable sharing the included technical details.

Driver Portal details, feedback, diagnostics, telemetry summaries, prompts, transcripts, and AI conversations are not published publicly by default. If a future feature makes content visible to other users, we will identify that in the product or applicable terms.

If privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis that fits each purpose:

• - Account, Driver Portal, claim, onboarding, and Early Access operation: contract performance or steps taken before a contract.
• - Security, abuse prevention, support, service reliability, waitlist administration, and product improvement: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
• - Optional telemetry, diagnostics, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, and marketing emails where required: consent.
• - Records we must keep for tax, legal, compliance, dispute, or rights-request purposes: legal obligations or legitimate interests.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. That will not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate GridFather, manage the waitlist, support accounts, run Early Access, improve and secure the product, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

• - Account, onboarding, feedback, and support records are generally kept while your account or waitlist relationship remains active.
• - Diagnostics and technical logs are kept while useful for troubleshooting, reliability, security, or product improvement.
• - Email suppression records may be kept to honor unsubscribe, bounce, spam complaint, or opt-out requests.
• - Deletion requests are reviewed manually. We aim to complete account deletion within 3 days unless we need more time for security, legal, or operational reasons.
• - Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect GridFather information, including password hashing, access controls, transport security, rate limits, and administrative restrictions. However, no internet service, database, email system, or software product can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opt out of certain advertising or sharing activities. You can update available account details in the Driver Portal or contact us at pitbox@gridfather.ai.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days or within the deadline required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

GridFather accounts, the Driver Portal, and Early Access are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Do not join the waitlist, claim an account, use GridFather, or submit personal information if you are under 18.

If you believe a person under 18 provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Dentacasa LLC is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have different privacy laws than your country.

Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or provider commitments, such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or data-transfer frameworks that apply to the relevant provider.

We may update this Privacy Policy as GridFather changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
